Get the text and print it in a size of 4 or 3 and a word processor. It should be black text on white paper. Hold it against your eyes and read it in slow and quiet mode. Make sure you are blinking frequently and look at the far point once.

If so try to feel exactly where and relax in the area. Look at the object that is far away from you and move your eyes: ten times up and down and ten times left to right, then 5 times in circles. Take a piece of paper with a dot on the top of it. Bring it out of your nose as close to 5cm and then move it as far as you can. Focus on the dot at all times, do almost ten times. Hold the piece of paper close to your nose, look for a few seconds and then look for the distant point for a few seconds. Do it again ten times.
